Why exhibitors choose Apstage

XENIA welcomes over 30,000 hospitality professionals and 500+ exhibitors every year. You get one chance to impress. We make it count.

For more than 28 years, Apstage has built more than exhibition stands. We design spaces that perform.

    Our offering

    • One partner. Full accountability. From concept to dismantling, we handle everything.

    • Design that carries your identity. We shape the stand around your company, your products and how you want to show them.

    • Certificates, engineering, utilities. We arrange the certificates and the structural studies for suspended ceilings, and file the applications for power, water and every other utility the stand needs.

    • Visibility and meetings. A space that puts your company forward and makes meetings with prospects easier.

    • Flawless execution. On time. On budget. No surprises.
